1 can corn kernels.
1 can creamed corn
1 tube 16 oz. creamed cheese
1 pkg. Mexican corn bread mix.
1 package of cheese.
In a dish (9 x 13) I spray with Pam. I mix the corn, cream corn, corn bread.some of the cheese and cream cheese. I put pats of butter on top and I put in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes. after 30 minutes, I put more cheese on top. and bake for 15 more minutes. take out and let sit a few minutes.
fyi, you can decorate it with any corn. I have used mexicorn with the corns. If you have lots of people, add more corn and more creamed corn and cornbread. You can't mess this recipe up, believe me I have tried.. I have served it a little watery and it is still good.
it is fast and easy and no extra dishes because you mix right in your dish. Happy Eating.
